Workshop will be held at Big Five Tours located at 1551 SE Pam Court, Stuart FL 34994 on the second floor.  This is an in-person on site workshop.  There is NO on-line access.  It is in the same plaza at the Yoga Center of Stuart.  Parking on site.  Please remember to bring a mat, 3-4 blankets, 2 blocks, belt and a chair.  Label your props!  If you are traveling, you may check out props from our Center.  Cancelations and refunds must be before February 7, 2025 less a $50 registration fee; No refunds after that.

You will be registered for workshop once payment is received.  To register on-line, click on PAYMENT& ZOOM CLASSES.  Scroll down to Manouso Manos Workshop.  Enter amount and proceed through payment (please note: you may need to click Secure Payment for your credit card to be accepted).  To register by check, mail check payable to Yoga Center of Stuart (YCS) 1541 SE Palm Ct. Stuart FL 34994.

There is no deadline for workshop; however, we close workshop attendance at 65 participants.
