Covid-19 information

We want to ensure that we regularly communicate with our students about the Covid-19 virus.  The virus is mostly spread through direct, person-to person contact as well as surface-to person contact.  We have instituted various measures to ensure we are all doing our part in protecting each other while practicing yoga.

Mat placement will be 6 feet apart.  There will be continuous cleaning of props used and disinfecting common surface areas.

Class size will be Florida State protocol.  Please bring a mat, a belt and a large towel to class.  Our belts are on sale for $5 if you need one.

You are welcome to wear a mask.

There is a Covid-19 assessment form you must fill out before attending each class.
